One of my all-time favorite teams is the Legion of Super-Heroes (AKA the original Guardians of the Galaxy). I love the mix of high-concept science fiction and super-heroics.
From the Legion's grooviest period, as evidenced not just by the opening panel, but also Phantom Girl's ginchy outfit and the Star Trek inspired cruisers-

That story only comprised a little over 1/3 of the Woolworth's Happy Time Christmas Book 1952. There was a puzzle page, but the bulk of it was an advertising catalog. However, they did the catalog in comic art format:
