The latest ruling declares that the President is above the law while he's in office. He won the country fair and square <sic>, so now it's his.
And what was the legal argument presented by our Fake President's lawyers that reversed over 200 years of precedent?
Essentially, that despite every President before him operating under those rules, Fake Pres is just too weak to cope and would be distracted from the job that he can't handle even under normal circumstances.
