Reality keeps creeping up on Fake President. It must be getting hard to keep that bubble that isolates him from the world in which the rest of us live from popping. And that desperation shows more day by day. Like his ongoing rantings already declaring that the upcoming election is obviously going to be Fake because he's in danger of losing. Badly.

Well, the first place you start is removing the word 'man' from your description. Child? sure. Evil Clown or Enfant Terrible? sure.

There's a reason i warned against electing a teen-age girl during the elections. Not that i could have predicted how his twitting would underline that.
You're talking about someone who's never had to take responsibility for anything in his life, only grab credit (and the profits while leaving his 'partners' hanging). he can't even grasp the concept of the buck stopping with him. And i'm fairly certain he'd have ZERO clue about the Presidential reference inherent to that phrase.
Now the big question looms... It's clear to all that he's a clueless baby at this point. But will they care as long as he continues to hate the right people?
You're getting very political lately. But I don't blame you. I'd probably write more political posts as well if I had to live in America. Being safely on the other side of the Atlantic (Germany), I can sit back and hope Trump will be blown away like yesterday's chaff.
ReplyDeleteIn part, it's simply the connection issues. Political posts like these only have a single image to wrestle up onto the servers. I just don't have a half hour or more to spend trying to upload the pics as has been necessary for recent comic posts.
DeleteThe other part is we're at the most dangerous stage now, the cornered-animal mad dog anything-to-avoid-reality stage where desperation unleashes madness. We can hope his handlers reign in the worst of it, but thus far they've been about as inept as our fake president.
One thing that makes it especially dangerous these days, which may not be quite so apparent from the outside over there, is that we don't do politics in this country any more. For most folks, it's degenerated into a sporting event where the only goal is to beat the other team, no matter what it costs - to you or to the country.
That's NOT politics. That's infantile egotism - which no country does better.
