This one was rarely seen, originally slated for Plop! and published in the Amazing World Of DC Comics, we get Steve Ditko working with Steve Skeates and Wally Wood -
And now we seem to have looped back around to where we started...
...so i guess it's time to move along...

I just got a collection with the Charlton fantasy/sci-fi material you've posted here. There's definitely stuff he did for them that stands up with what he did for post-Atlas/pre-Marvel.

ReplyDeleteDammit... I also recently got a collection of THAT stuff and I was jumping back and forth between the two books, mixing the two in my head obviously. He did good work both companies anyway...
I'll shut up now...
I'm pleased to hear they're releasing collections of early Ditko. Being a cave-dwelling hermit, i miss much of what is happening currently, especially since the comic publishers and tv broadcasters told me to go away.
