Just for fun, I thought I'd take a shot at the Funny Animal questions: #43 is obviously B, Huey, Dewey & Louie. 44 is Black Pete (aka Big Bad Pete aka Pete). 45 is Elmer Fudd, unless you count the one time it was Porky Pig. 46, Cicero's Cat (a spin-off of Mutt & Jeff) was named Esmeralda. 47, of course, is "I tawt I taw a puddy tat". 48 is a toughy--my first thought was Woody Woodpecker, but Mr. Whippletree (a turtle) and Charlie Chicken are both valid answers. 49 is Mighty Mouse. 50 is Churchy la Femme, altho the alligator's name was Albert, not Albers (clearly, the creator of these puzzles really was as swift as Aphrodite!)
